Sir Rodric the Strong was a warrior of legend who fought on the side of Terrinoth in the Dragon Wars during the Third Darkness. A fort was named for his honor in the Ashen Hills of the barony of Pelgate. Lord Hawthorne claims to be descended from Rodric, and does his best to live up to the name.
